My son and I had planned to go to the July 7th Giants game against the dreaded Dodgers. Our plans changed. You can have the pair of tickets for my cost..$184 for the pair. They are selling for $150 each on the Giants website. These are not listed on my website (www.mysfgseats.com) since we had planned to attend. I might have to charge more if one of my Dodger friends wants them. It is okay Dodgers fans, our fans won't gloat too much when our team wins.
Click to see the video Before the game the guy behind me was complaining that Torres was in the game. After two great catches and a homer, he was a big Torres supporter. Funny how fickle people can be. SAN FRANCISCO -- For somebody who's allegedly destined to be a relief pitcher, Tim Lincecum certainly resembled a fairly decent starter Tuesday night. Lincecum yielded a first-inning homer before retiring 18 of the next 20 hitters he confronted in seven assertive innings as the Giants outlasted the Toronto Blue Jays, 2-1. Andres Torres clobbered a two-run homer off Blue Jays starter Josh Johnson in the second inning to give Lincecum a slender yet enduring lead. Lincecum allowed three hits while permitting just one runner to reach scoring position after the first inning. Click on photo to see Erik's 1st game highlights. Although this is not a Giants story, I wanted to share anyway. Erik is a local Bay Area boy. For the last several off-seasons, he has worked at my work place. He is a smart, humble and dedicated young man. I am glad he is living his dream. (He is 26 not 35 as the announcer states in the video) Davis, called up Saturday from Triple-A Syracuse, had a successful Major League debut, throwing 1 2/3 perfect innings of relief, recording two strikeouts in relief of Duke. |
AuthorMy son and I enjoyed our first year as season ticket holders in 2012. Just in time to be part of the excitement of watching the Giants win their second World Series in three years. Archives
